Greek to English Medical Medical (general)

Hello all

I am translating a form used by companies in Greece when they want to terminate or not renew a licence for a drug.

I came across these two terms and here are my translations:

δικαιούχος = holder [i.e. marketing authorization holder]
υπεύθυνος κυκλοφορίας = marketed by

What do you think?

For information, in the form I am translating, it is the same company. I imagine υπεύθυνος κυκλοφορίας will be different when it refers to a company granted a licence to commercialize specific countries.
