When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Sam Townshend
: I might be tempted to use 'unconquerable' rather than insurmountable, but the difference is academic :-)

The power of love is immense – it’s the only one that can’t be broken

Power. Sentence too long?//If you can’t even find the subject of a simple sentence, that lack of understanding is on you.

: Purely hypothetical, of course, but I'm wondering whether Dosty would've used the apostrophised forms if he'd been writing in English?

Fascinating thought. However, even with literary quotes, the normal expectation is to translate into contemporary English unless requested otherwise

: Well researched, though I suspect that the element of 'humility' may be irrelevant to gabirita's context.

Смирение /smirenie is a central and very loaded term in Dostoyevsky’s work –too bad that the German translation reduces this quote to a Hallmark card saying. http://goo.gl/Ut3JnU

: This is helpful, but it's also confusing things - we started off by translating the German given to us by the asker, but now we're translating something different in Russian. I think Martina deserves the points.

(Liebevolle Demut ist eine gewaltige Macht, die stärkste von allen, und es gibt keine andere, die ihr gleichkäme. ) Brüder Karamasow, Staretz Sossima
(It's been 20 years, so my Russian is a bit rusty.. to find the original quote, one would have to google for : Цитаты о любви Достоевский)
I'm busy right now but might come back to this later.
Surprisingly, yours didn't make it into the list.
