The Phase I Committee reviews the performance of Phase I trials on a weekly basis;
reportable adverse events are reported to the DSTC. The Phase II Committee reviews the
performance of Phase II trials on a quarterly basis; serious adverse events and reportable
adverse events are reported to the DSTC.

Any woman whose pap is reported back as abnormal should be asked to return for followup diagnostic efforts/treatment until the matter is resolved. Pap smears are pretty much without reportable risks.
