...IMO there is no need for this additional text.
The section headline says "Excipients..." and then
"Drip solution: ethanol 49 % abv..."
IMO everything is 100% clear from that context!!

: This is not a patient information leaflet, but a "Fachinformation", which is directed at medical doctors and pharmacists, so I'd keep the Latin.
