Patient Information Sheet and Consent Form
"Kontaktangaben
• GEBEN SIE SEITENSPEZIFISCHE KONTAKTANGABEN EIN.
• GEBEN SIE ALTERNATIVE UNABHÄNGIGE KONTAKTANGABEN HIER EIN."
From the contact details section of a patient information sheet and consent form. I can't find a translation for "seitenspezifisch" anywhere, and really don't get it. Is it some strange way of saying "your own"? TIA for your help.

Comment: "The end client said this was "site-specific", although "page-specific" makes more sense, really. So many thanks Johanna and the peer graders. Appreciate everyone's help. Apologies for taking a while to grade this."
