German term

rechtsführend

German to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
In a medical report about a patient with coronary heart disease, the diagnosis states:
'Herzinsuffizienz (rechtsführend)'
What does 'rechtsführend' indicate?
That only the right ventricle is affected?
That it is predominantly the right ventricle that is affected?
Or something else?
Thanks in advance.

The implantation of a femoropopliteal bypass with anastomosis in the first popliteal segment was done during the same operation ***due to a long-distance occlusion of the superficial femoral artery on the right side.***

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "As I was trying to establish what, if anything, the 'führend' part of rechtsführend adds to the meaning, I'm choosing this answer because rechtsführend is used in the link. Thanks to all who responded though."
