In a learned commentary by a Dr Riemer on Volume 3 of the Swiss Civil Code dealing with Vereine.
The section is dealing with different procedural motions/applications relating to meetings of the Verein.
"Immerhin ist für Einschränkungen (betr. einen Fall, der eher als statuarische Ausdehnung anzusehen ist) ...eine "ausdrückliche" Regelung in den Statuten erforderlich. Eine blosse Vereinsuebung genügt hier also nicht."
