Silfilla, danke! Es geht nicht um ein Wort, das schwierig ist. Es geht mir darum, dass der Satz im Englischen na�rlich und stimmig klingt... Es gibt auch keinen richtigen Kontext. Es ist eine Art Leitsatz in einem Unternehmen, das f�r alle Prozesse gelten soll.

Could you please provide some context?!!! :-) For instance, what does *Aufwaertsentwicklung* refer to? I'd also suggest that you pick that part of the sentence that's most difficult for you -- your question might be removed otherwise. :-)

Development/ growth should always lead from complexity to simplicity, never in the opposite direction. Many-petalled blossom produces a single fruit.

Hard to know what is meant be aufw Ent. Upwards development sounds weird to me. Development is neutral, or maybe growth, evolution, etc if the context will support it.
Its works better in English with less abstract imagery, so I decided the petals are what makes the blossom vielseitig.
