I think in a corporate finance context we would nearly always say 'cost of capital' in English; 'capital costs' sounds like costs relating to capital expenditure

agree BrigitteHilgner : In economics, it is generally "marginal cost" of something or other - so I see no problem with this instead of "marginal capital costs".
