German term

zur Anweisung zu bringen

I have been staring at this paragraph for the past hour (during which I have had 2 cuppas!). It is seemingly straightforward but for some reason I am having real difficulty understanding what it is saying. TIA for any help.

OK - sorted I think it has just clicked! We are talking simply diesen Betrag zu bezahlen, aren't we? Sorry! Mashed brain.

I know "zur Anweisung bringen" from attorneys' letters, and there it is used as a synonym for "überweisen". However, I don't know if it makes sense here! I am too tired to try to figure it out, sorry.
