German term

gesichert

German to English Tech/Engineering Food & Drink hygiene
Bei der Prüfung durch XXY Hygiene Institut wurden die einzelne Stellen alle mit dem Ergebnis „gesichert“ bewertet.

Not sure what the correct English equivalent would be - there seems to be a lot of possibilities: 'assured', 'proven' or just 'pass'.

Or maybe 'established' or 'verified' as suggested in this question:

Thanks in advance for any specific references in the field of hygiene.
Proposed translations (English)

Discussion

Found it! Thanks to Annie and Rolf - found the answer I need, thanks. Will close and award tomorrow (system doesn't allow a premature closing with points award anymore ...)

Note from asker:
Thanks! Now I found the English equivalent at their website - assured, standard; tolerable; below standard; not assured, critical See: http://www.tuev-sued.de/uploads/images/1156324235885957431052/PI_LHI_AirlineCaterin6_E06.pdf

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "This institute uses 'assured'."
6 mins

verified

As in having been checked and found to be within guidelines/regulations.

18 mins

secured

Since we don't know what die einzelnen Stellen are, I would go with the actual word, here in the sense of being stabilized/put in place/made safe

27 mins

in compliance

Another possibility.
Example sentence:

All stations were evaluated and given a score of "in compliance"...

38 mins

passed

There is plenty of info on the internet on "how to pass a health inspection" for restaurant owners etc.
