From a catering equipment catalogue. Talking about the features of some sort of food counter with a cooling unit. I'm having considerable difficulty finding an elegant and natural sounding translation for "stufenlos festschraubbar". TIA for your help.

\"continuously threaded\" gets some applicable googles

perhaps simply \"fully adjustable\"?

Comment: "Thanks everyone. Based on the peer grade comments, I am going with "fully adjustable", although I thought idwerk's "infinitely variable adjustment of" was very good as well. Thanks again - appreciate your help."

infinitely variable adjustment of ...
cobbled together from Ernst
or "infinitely variable screw-adjustment of (Trennstaebe)"
Can't think of anything more elegant - "stufenlos" is always a tricky one.

steplessly securable
Steplessly = without steps (what else could it be!?), possibly meaning the bars/rods can be adjusted to fractions of an mm, i.e. one is not tied to pre-determined spacings. `Festschraubbar´ sounds like a bit of a misnomer, or maybe someone suffering from word-creation diarrhea! Whatever, at the end of the day the things need securing, possibly with lock-nuts.
