Discussion

Non-ProZ.com Sep 13, 2004:
Austrian I've just checked this out and yes, the article is written by an Austrian researcher. Thanks
Steffen Walter Sep 13, 2004:
Is this an Austrian text? In Austria, the use of "Bruttonationalprodukt" seems more common than that of its equivalent "Bruttosozialprodukt".

BNP stands for \"Bruttonationalprodukt\"
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : They apparently got the letters wrong: this could indeed be BIP (Bruttoinlandsprodukt) = GDP - see http://www.bmbwk.gv.at/europa/blp/bip.xml?style=text / Or else, Bruttonationalprodukt = Bruttosozialprodukt - asking the customer might be the safest bet.
