Kugellager should be in any decent dictionary.

Cornelson's Technisches Wörterbuch Macninenbau/Anlagetechnik/Umwelt/ does not have an entry for 'Spaltmotor' but it does have 'Spaltpolmotor' = 'split-phase motor' or 'split-pole motor'.

Possible translation: 'It has a split-phase AC motor with ball bearings.'
