It's a typing error. It should be Ausschluss. Lockout, but you've probably already written that for Aussperrung. So, maybe you could write exclusion.

Superfluous?

The reason I cannot but suggest you ask the customer whether the word "Ausschuß/Ausschluss" is superfluous is:
as "Aussch*L*uß", the term is synonymous with "Aussperrung", and therefore a quite unnecessary repetition, and as "Ausschuß", the term means "rejects", which certainly doesn't fit in this particular sentence.

And that's why I cannot agree with any of the other answers...

This appears to be a standard get-out phrase in GTCs. Plenty of examples on Google. All typos?
