I think

The shareholder's right to the institution of a special audit

or 'setup' or 'initiation' or 'commissioning' or 'introduction' or 'calling', but not induction. I guess you can induct (call upon) someone to serve as auditor, but that involves a formal act, eg, the draft-age young man is 'inducted' in the army or a famous athlete is 'inducted' in the 'hall of fame' by his peers
Peer comment(s):

agree Narasimhan Raghavan : 'Institution' or 'setup' or 'initiation' or 'commissioning' or 'introduction' or 'calling' should be in the answer field and not "I think".

induction

should be "Einleitung"
Peer comment(s):

agree Narasimhan Raghavan : Given that the keys E and R are side by side in a qwerty or qwertz keyboard, the typo is understandable.

perhaps. Good luck, Parley!

Peer comment(s):

disagree Ralf Lemster : Given the context, the typo is obvious - how does "ring main" relate to a special audit called by shareholders?

Should be Einleitung in German original, you & Andy are right. There were hints about figurative meaning, but found nothing applicable.
disagree Narasimhan Raghavan : And agree with Ralf

Klaus Beyer has a nice set of options, why to criticize him, Narasimhan Raghavan?
