From advertising copy describing a high fashion men's clothing range. This comes at the end of a paragraph talking about the different cloths used to make up garments. I'm struggling with "panoplie" in this context - does it mean "the wardrobe of elegance" (as in the whole range), or is it talking about the display of elegance, or something else?
Or, if in doubt, should I keep the English "panoply"? (Though I'm not convinced the average reader will understand it.)
