I just wanted to check they are talking about "stitches/sutures" here and that I haven't misinterpreted this. Here is the context:

L'indication opératoire a toujours été portée chez un patient ayant une gêne fonctionnelle d'une part, et une laxité postérieure d'autre part.....
Un blan IRM est sistématique pour rechercher les lésions associées, des points d'angle, ou des ménisques.

Le point d’angle postéro-externe (PAPE) est une zone située en arrière du ligament latéral externe et correspond à une zone capsulaire renforcée par les tendons d’insertion du muscle poplité, la corne postérieure du ménisque externe et ses structures ligamentaires propres. Le tendon d’insertion du biceps sur la tête du péroné participe également à cette structure. There seems to be a point d’angle postéro interne and a point d’angle postéro externe which I think are groups of ligamentous/tendinous structures that stabilise the knee. Do you think these are what your text is referring to?
