I haven't the time to search out references to "status post" - I'm sure the asker and anyone else who finds this in a search is capable of doing that.
"sp" in a list of surgical procedures means "status post" (in French and in English).
"sp" in a clinical examination means "sans particularité" i.e. normal or unremarkable.

Discussion
Would you mind posting your comment as an answer so I can select it? After reviewing your answer with the context of the patient history and the exam, it makes the most sense and I think it must be two different meanings.
Thank you!
In the clinical exam, sp = sans particularité (normal)
