French term

XXXX est le propriétaire...

"xxxx est propriétaire de l'ensemble des droits de propriété littéraire, artistique ou industrielle sur les marques, dessins, photographies, textes."
I am having trouble phrasing this sentence. Any ideas anyone? Can I begin with, "XXXX is the rightful owner of the literary, artistic and industrial property rights...?

xx is the sole owner

yes, I think your translation is OK, but I think "the sole owner" in this context is perhaps a bit more suitable

Please note that "proprietary" does not need the word sole:=)

The term proprietary can more adequately reflect the sense of the conditions: indeed, owner seems to be of less importance for copyright and other questions...

titleholder

When describing ownership of this sort, it is common to refer to "title". You might think I am nit-picking here. My suggestion probably changes little in actual fact but I would stick with the idea of the original which puts the accent on the whole of the rights rather than exclusivity of title. By referring to "sole owner" or something similar, the emphasis is changed.
