breach of contract (.............maybe)

This is a funny way of putting it.
"breach" is legalese not bizglish, to me.
However they are usually governed by some sort of agreement.
I really wish I knew exactly what Party A did to Party B.

<unfair> here essentially means without proper notice. <termination of a business relationship> probably means a refusal to supply.

The relevant provision is Article L. 442-6(5) of the French Code of Commerce.
