: terminate is not résoudre. Résoudre implies also nullity for what happened before. terminate does not include what happens before the date of termination

: giving notice is misleading imho. what notice period-the agreement is simply annulled./yes, if résoudre means terminate/cancel and not rescind

Dissoudre rétroactivement le rapport d'obligation. Le contrat cesse non seulement de produire des effets, mais les effets qu'il a produits sont mis à néant et les choses doivent être rétablies dans l'état où elles se trouvaient avant sa conclusion.
