living cash benefit (in case of survival of the insured)
The life insured will be guaranteed to receive a living benefit or cash benefit in case of survival of the insured.
There are many types of life insurance, most have a mixed structure of payment in case of death and payment in case of survival, i.e. saving and growing money whilst being insured in case of death.
If there is only payment in case of death it is a fixed term (life) insurance, this is a relatively uncommon type in Europe at least, beware with the use of it. IMO chances are high it just refers to this component or coverage of the life insurance in a mixed type (whole life, universal life etc.), and would certainly not use term insurance if it is a mixed type, but stick to the particular item covered, i.e. living benefit in case of survival of the insured.
