A company is discussing possible ways of dealing with the economic crisis and overhauling its business structure:

A noter :On peut tenter de muter radicalement de modèle sur l’une ou l’autre de ces marques mais en sachant qu’il s’agira d’ un pari dont l’issue positive n’est pas acquise d’avance.
Sur le plan social, ces mutations entrainent des difficultés de reprogrammation des salariés et des frais généraux dont il est difficile de se défaire , du moins pour une partie.

I'm thinking of words like "redistribution" "retraining" "restructuring" but i'm not sure if any of them reflect the actual meaning of the ST.
