More context? I assume that "évacuer la totalité de la production" refers to transmission of electrical power out of a generating plant into the grid. If this is the case, one of the many possible meanings of "travée" is a (substation) bay, ie a metal "bridge" or "span" bristling with insulators, sometimes a building with insulators set in the wall. Essentially, it's the interface between the grid and the power station.
