AC windings common (connection)

Assuming this in some way has to do with something like a motor etc., I would understand this to mean the common connection (or connections) where the 'return' side of all the windings are connected.

And as your later list item suggests, these will presumably be the AC windings (alternatif short for courant alternatif), as distinct from the DC ones (continu, short for courant continu)

bobine = coil; alternatif = a.c. (current); commun.....

means that the "conducteur" is common to the coils.

Later in the list you have "continu" in the same configuration and that is "d.c."
