this is pure Eurospeak - I cannot get into Eurodicautom for the moment to confirm but I can assure that this is the correct translation - I have meet this ghastly animal in Euro-texts more times than I've had hot dinners.
I fought a rearguard action on it some time ago but lost!
These are the bodies that have to be notified in the event of developments.
