Les intervenants sont appelés à répondre à une variété de requêtes reliées aux emplacements (immeubles, terrains, bâtiments) et à gérer des besoins opérationnels en matière d’entretien préventif et curatif.
Rôle du Demandeur
La première étape est l’expression du besoin d'un produit ou d'un service. Le demandeur crée une demande pour obtenir un produit ou pour acquérir certains services de l'organisation, amorçant ainsi le processus « Gestion de Service ». Le demandeur peut aussi être le système TRIRIGA ou provenir de la Centrale de surveillance ou du Centre d’appel. Par exemple, quand la date prévue pour une tâche d’entretien préventif vient à échéance, le processus de gestion de service est amorcé par le système TRIRIGA. Les demandes peuvent être acheminées pour obtenir toutes les approbations exigées en fonction du type de demandes. Une fois que la demande est approuvée, un projet et/ou une tâche et/ou une intervention est créé et envoyé pour la prise en charge par l’un ou l’autre des intervenants (CI, TEI, TAA, TSO, ASA, Ouvrier, Fournisseur, etc.)

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
