- Le fournisseur, l’entrepreneur ou le consultant s’engage et garantit qu’aucune manœuvre apparente ou cachée, visant à dissimuler des informations, de nature à tromper (company name) n’a été initiée avant, lors ou après la signature du contrat.
A ce titre, il déclare et garantit, sous sa seule responsabilité, pour son propre compte, son personnel, sous-traitants et les sociétés affiliées, qu’il n’a connaissance d’aucune manœuvre de ce type.
