traitement au fil de l’eau des prestations
Does anybody know what is meant by "traitement au fil de l’eau des prestations"!!!
I'm absolutely stuck! This sentence doesn't make any sense to me, its in the context of medical insurance!

In insurance terms, "prestations" are benefits, and "prestations en nature" are benefits in kind.
"Au fil de l'eau" means as and when something occurs. This they are saying that these types of benefits should be dealt with as they arise rather than in batches.
