Does the phrase "test bodies" exist when you want to talk about bodies (a car, an structure, etc) used for testing?

Thanks a lot!

yes

You can use this phrase to mean the body (or object) upon which the test is being conducted. For example, in an experiment (see first link).

Test bodies may also mean bodies (authorities/organs) which administer tests (or certifications or inspections or training). See second link for example.

The first meaning is what would come to mind most frequently.
