English term

within minutes of therapy

English Science Medical (general)
PET imaging studies in humans confirm that XXX activates or inhibits key regions implicated in these disorders and the changes were observed ***within minutes of therapy***.

What does this phrase imply? That the changes were observed "after some minutes of therapy"? Or that the changes were observed "a few minutes after the therapy"?
