Have imputed income charges/days been reported for usage of company vehicles?

I have no other context, this appears in a questionnaire. Can somebody enlighten me please?

A person uses the company vehicle and should report having received an equivalent amount of added income due to the usage of the vehicle - probably with some equivalency to rental car rates. This is probably for income tax purposes.
