English term

docked

English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Ships, Sailing, Maritime
In this context... After the ship leaves the dock, the boil-off compressors may used to lower the tank pressure. The compressors may also be used to remove the boil-off gas from a tanker that gas docked, but for some reason is notable to unload LNG.

Any suggestions?? Thnaks a lot!!!!

Parece que tienes razón y es un error, ¨was docked¨ tiene sentido en el contexto. Gracias por tu ayuda.
Alidelima Oct 23, 2008:
Hola, es posible que haya una omisión o error? como en la primera línea, por ejemplo, donde dice ... the boil-off compressors may * used to lower... (en lugar de "may be used to...") y que quiera decir "...a tanker that 'was' docked o alguna otra?
