En joyería al hablar de "brushed silver", "brushed aluminum" ¿es correcto hablar de "plata cepillada" o "aluminio cepillado"?

Yo lo traduciría como "mate" o "acabado mate", aunque "alumino cepillado" también sería correcto tal como dices tú y Jomasov.
