: Aunque las otras opciones son quizá más adecuadas, ésta es la que me parece más práctica por su brevedad. Propongo que la primera vez utilices algunas de las opciones "largas" y pongas ésta entre paréntesis para seguir utilizándola después.

No hay una sola palabra para traducir esto, por la explicación que da se refiere a pacientes que no tienen un seguro que les cubra el costo de los medicamentos y me parece que hay que explicarlo.
