From my research , what i found was a shutter, which is described below
Shutter, in photography, device through which the lens aperture of a camera is opened to admit light and thus expose the film (or the electronic image sensor of a digital camera)
The shutter is translated " obturador" in Spanish.

For your question "lanzadera", will be more appropriate , because that is the best translation for the shuttle in a intraocular lens .
