English term

to turn on its head

English to Spanish Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
In my context, this expression means "to changesomething completely" Is there a more creative
way of translating it other than "cambiar por completo?"

It's for a powerpoint presentation aimed at insurance professionals in the healthcare industry. The expression refers to the way a certain a doctor's way of business affected the insurance industry. He "turned it on its head." Any ideas?

agree María Teresa Taylor Oliver : Me gusta más "poner de cabeza" que "patas arriba", suena más elegante, no sé, digo yo... ;)
