If discharge from the KEEP Program is found to be warranted the patient will be notified in writing of the intention to terminate and can appeal the decision to the KEEP Program Administrator within two business days. This appeal can be made by contacting a KEEP staff member or by going to sick call to report you want to appeal the termination decision from KEEP
Si se comprueba que la suspensión del programa KEEP está justificada, se notificará por escrito al paciente la intención de suspenderlo del programa y el paciente podrá apelar la decisión ante el Administrador del Programa KEEP dentro de un plazo de dos días hábiles. Esta apelación se puede llevar a cabo contactando a un miembro del personal del programa KEEP o yendo a "sick call" para informar que se desea apelar la decisión de retiro del Programa KEEP
