Traducción de una "Attestation of Birth" para traducir al español europeo.
Al final de todo viene una frase que dice:
"This falls beyond the coverage of the Decree for the issuance of the Birth Certificate".
Creo que entiendo lo que quiere decir, pero no me salen las palabras adecuadas para expresarlo.
