Study 304 and 305 consists of three arms which are 8mg, 12mg perampanel arms, and placebo arm. A total 125 subjects per arm. And each of the studies for 304 and 305 consists of a total of 375 subjects. Study 306 is slightly different. It has four arms, 2mg, 4mg, 8mg perampanel arms, and placebo arm, a total of 170 subjects per arm.

"Grana" does appear in the literature (see the Web reference below), and for translation purposes it may be preferrable to "grupa" as the term "group" is also frequently encountered in clinical trial protocols, and two different terms may be needed in Serbian to avoid confusion.
