First of all, we\'ve already helped Natalia, and that\'s the main thing.
Second, this is a manual, I believe. Some redundancy is common and should be expected.
Third, when I read \"use the proper value from the torque chart on the Tie Rod Locknuts (28), ...\", I expect to be told to tighten the bolts and nuts and what have you. That is how manuals are written. But it simply says \"reverse the disassembly procedures to reassemble\".
Because of this, I would expect the word \"torque\" to be the one missing. Yes, it\'s possible that the word is \"value\", but the text would not be as fitting for a manual in that case. IMHO.

I consider it redundent - in "the torque chart" there, certainly, are torque values, but alltogether it's - масло масляное! Also, I must give you your due - it took you one minute only to realize what word "was missing" in your initial answer!
