Dosing solutions were prepared just prior to dosing and were prepared by making a 32.7 µg/ml stock for all doses.
This was prepared by adding 5.0 ml of sterile water for injection to each vial, resulting in a clear solution.

The stock solution was dosed with dosing volumes of 27.52, 13.76, and 6.88 ml/kg, for achieving dose levels of 900,450, and 225 µg/kg.

Не совсем понимаю фразу "was dosed with dosing volumes".
