Soak soy granules in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze out excess water and keep it aside.
\tHeat Coco Soul Virgin Coconut Oil in a pan, add onion to the pan saute them for 2-3 minutes on medium heat and add soaked soy granules, crushed paneer, bell peppers, salt and jalapeno peppers
\tCook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Keep the filling aside
\tWash and pat dry mushrooms.
Now remove the stem carefully so there is hollow space in the mushroom for the filling
\tTake a small amount of filling and fill it in the caps of mushroom, likewise prepare all the mushrooms
\tIn a plate spread crushed oats.
Now dip the stuffed mushroom in milk and coat them with crushed oats
\tLine a baking sheet with parchment paper and place all mushrooms one by one.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over them and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes


For Spicy Tomato Sauce


\tBoil water in a pan, when water boils add tomatoes, let them stay inside water for 2-3 minutes and peel of the skin
\tFinally dice them and keep aside in a sauté pan add chopped tomatoes, salt, onion and garlic, cook them covered on medium heat for 15-17 minutes, till tomatoes are well cooked
\tAdd red chili flakes and chopped basil leaves along with teaspoon of sugar, cook for 2 -3 minutes and remove from heat
\tTo serve spread ladleful of sauce onto a plate and place stuffed mushroom over it serve hot[1]
