Each of the Executing Shareholders and the Purchaser (in their respective capacities as Company Shareholders) hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees, solely with respect to itself and not with respect to any other Company Shareholder, that during the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the earliest of (a) the Closing, or (b) the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms (for any reason), to support and not to object to any bring along process in respect of the Transaction and, in addition, at any meeting of the shareholders of the Company, however called, including any adjournment thereof, and in connection with any action proposed to be taken by written consent of the shareholders of the Company, each Executing Shareholder and the Purchaser shall:
