English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

THE CONTRACTOR’s duties include:
The supply, custom clearance, transportation to the Facilities and installation/connection in time and form of the PLANT in the optimal conditions and with due diligence. The custom clearance of the genset to be supplied to the Client as a part of the Plant is excluded from the Contractor’s duties under this contract and is regulated by the Delivery Contract.
