În lipsa unui context mai larg, aş spune că e vorba de valva cu ajutorul căreia se acţionează arzătorul.
Sau de valva / supapa aflată în partea de sus a anvelopei, prin care se eliberează aerul cald, atunci când se doreşte coborârea.
