O found tweeting pelo que eu entendi é apenas o @ da pessoa no twitter, ou seja, sua conta no twitter. Aqui é comum perguntarmos "Qual é o seu twitter?" nos referindo à conta do Twitter da pessoa, portanto eu deixaria apenas Twitter.
