I'd like opinions on the term due to different feedbacks from european portuguese market, either as a Monitor de Pressão or Monitor de Tensão.

monitor de pressão arterial (MED) / monitor de tensão arterial (POP)
From my experience in the medical devices market (former Product Manager), the medical term is 'monitor de pressão arterial', whereas in common language the term 'tensão' is usually used - 'monitor de tensão arterial'.
From my point of view, both should be used, depending on the target reader.
I think in Brazil both terms are also used this way. But the Brazilian colleagues will be able to answer to this better than me.

As to the options 'monitor' and 'medidor', both are also correct. User's preference.

I think this is the most common - "medidor" instead of monitor. But I am not in the medical or medical equipment sale areas, which I believe is what you need.
But anyway, for what I researched on the internet, you won't go wrong with this one.

: In Brazil we say "medidor de pressão arterial". So there lies her doubt: tensão PT-PT and pressão PT-BR :) However, aren't "medidor" and "monitor" different? They seem to be the same thing: http://www.americanas.com.br/AcomProd/582/176135

Well, a monitor is usually one of those digital small one you wear on your wrist. Monitor is more in the sense that it's permanently "monitoring" whereas the other is used to make a single measurement.

: Na minha opinião, "tensão arterial" é o termo tecnicamente mais correto, mesmo para o Brasil.
