Guests, who make up nearly 40 percent of the clientele, can either sign up for the equestrian package-which includes villa accommodations, an hour private lesson and an hour trail ride daily (from $220 to $305 per person per night, double occupancy, depending on the time of year) -or take lessons a la carte ($80 per hour, private; $70 per hour, semiprivate; $40 per hour, group). There are six full-time instructors, each of whom teaches in a variety of disciplines: hunt seat, dressage and combined training. Horses include boarders (belonging to junior and adult riders) and school horses, many of which are for sale.
